It’s raining today and so the millions of hummingbirds that live in our apartment courtyard are sitting on the yucca, I’m guessing because they don’t like flying in the rain. I took about a dozen pictures but only three came out okay since the birds kept moving. Here they are. I think all three are Anna’s Hummingbirds.
It is raining once again in Los Angeles. A bit early in the season, but I like it. I’m wearing a plaid flannel! Hurray! Here’s a cheery flower picture to brighten your rainy day. Plus a picture of Squeaky just for the hell of it.

It’s been raining for three days now. I think it’s time to build an ark. Here’s some rain from our balcony:
So a few days ago I complained how hot it was, and then bookjunkie said it was in the 90’s in Singapore but it was super humid and it rained. I told her that it didn’t rain in Los Angeles at this time of year, and it only got humid enough to be annoying. So to prove me wrong it rained today, complete with thunder and lightning. It was neat, although the kitties hid behind the couch. Here is a picture from our living room window.
